The dry reinforcing fibres are layed up in the tool manually or as an unfinished textile product together with the matrix. With the help of the controlled, heated presses, fibres are impregnated, pressed and hardened rapidly. This technology is usually employed for larger quantities, where it is especially effective.
Injection technology
The dry reinforcing fibres or an unfinished textile product are layed up to the tool in accordance with a defined production specification. After closing the tool, the matrix is injected at a defined pressure, vacuum and temperature and is then hardened at a defined temperature profile.
